We deliver your product fast.
DFC delivery is one of the fastest in the country for comparable items.
Most of our items are delivered in 10 days or less; this includes many
furniture items that can be delivered by UPS, such as chairs, headboards
and trunks. Larger furniture items that are in stock are delivered
within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your location.
Our White Glove delivery is the best out there
For items that are delivered using our in–home delivery service, most
pieces will be brought to the room of your choice, unpacked, assembled
and inspected, and all the packing materials will be taken away. And so
you don't have to wait all day, we schedule a delivery time to fall
within a two-hour window.
We make it easy for you to return a product
Call our Customer Care Center at 336.403-3352 and they'll coordinate a
return and an exchange or merchandise refund for you. We won't charge
you a restocking fee or any sort of penalty. We want you to be
completely satisfied.
We offer great value
Unlike many other retailers, we don't build the price of shipping into
the price of our product. Our shipping, delivery and processing charges
are meant to cover the costs associated with delivering the product to
you safely and undamaged, and they're always listed separately so you
know exactly what you're paying for. Compare our prices against others
and you'll find that our total price on every item — including shipping
— offers an excellent value, and the quality of our service is the best
you'll find anywhere.
Davidson Furniture Clearance ships items to the lower 48 USA states via
local trucking partnerships. Sorry, but we cannot send products to a
Hawaii, Alaska, PO Box or to international, Canadian, PR, or military
destinations. Our shipping charge includes shipping, handling, in-home
setup and insurance. Our shipping process is very automated so we can
ship your orders quickly. However, we do offer pick-up of orders for
approved customers.
Our shipping and handling charges for items sold on our site are
combined to ensure the lowest possible fee to the buyer. Most of the
cost you are noticing actually comes from the expense of high quality
packing, rigorous quality control, and in-home setup.
We aim to ship your purchase within three to four business days after
you have checked-out. Standard shipping via local trucking partnership
delivery typically takes between 7 to 10 business days to arrive, but
please allow up to 2 weeks. We will send you an e-mail with the shipment
tracking information so you can check the progress of your delivery.
Please note that we assign tracking numbers before our carrier actually
picks up your shipment; tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be
activated within the carrier's system.
